SOHO Scottsdale, much-anticipated Live/Work/Play residences by Catclar Investments, LLC broke ground on Thursday, February 11th. A Groundbreaking Ceremony took place at 5:30pm, followed by a Groundbreaking Celebration. Designed in collaboration by renowned architect Bing Hu of H&S International and Irene Clary of Catclar Investments, SOHO Scottsdale is a first of- its-kind mixed used live-work residential project designed for the professional or entrepreneur.
